The Villa Isla is a bungalow at the end of a group of five overlooking the communal pool. The access to the pool is via a path from the front door making the property suitable for families with small children. French windows lead to the terraces from the living area, dining area, master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms. Security grills have been fitted to provide additional security. There are black-out shutters fitted in each of the bedrooms.

The El Paso urbanisation consists of just ten properties. There are underground garages accessed through electronic security gates. Several parking spaces are available in the street.

Please note that the pool is open 1 May - 31 October.

The Master bedroom has a full size double bed, mirrored wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with sink, W.C and corner shower. French doors lead to terrace.

Two of the twin bedrooms have two single beds divided by a bedside table and mirrored wardrobes. One leads onto the terrace. The third twin has plenty of space for a cot and is in the quietest part of the property.

Leather corner sofa and separate soft cloth sofa provide seating for 8 people.

Brand new fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and integrated oven.

The guest bathroom has two sinks, a w.c and a full size bath with shower attachment. There is a separate cloakroom.

There are portable electric heaters available for use during the winter.

 Part of the terrace is covered by an awning over a large glass table with seating for 8 people. There are views from the terraces towards the Mediterranean. A BBQ is provided on the terrace.

The roof terrace is accessible by a spiral staircase. There is ample space for sunbathing.
