Rates for 2010
The following are guide rates per week for each season. The price for Individual weeks may vary slightly.
Low Season (January - March, November, December excluding Xmas & New Year) |

Notes on Prices
20% deposit required at time of booking, balance due 60 days before arrival.
A holding deposit is required of £100 per booking. This amount is used to cover any damages that are discovered relating to the property and its contents. The deposit is cancelled / returned 14 days after the date of departure.
Payment
Payments can be made in pounds sterling or euros. The most effective method of payment is via bank transfer. Details are provided on the booking form.
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to use your card; you just need to have an email address. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for all payments made through PayPal (excluding the holding deposit). Please follow the Payments link above to make an on-line payment.
